Brenda Stephens is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, narcissistic abuse recovery specialist, and author of three books including The Reclamation: A Shadow Work Workbook for Survivors of Narcissistic Abuse. Licensed in 7 states. She has spent her career helping survivors rebuild what narcissistic abuse took from them. She also knows this journey personally.
